1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 96phj platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any gaming activity, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, policies, and guidelines published on 96phj.cam. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and 96phj and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the 96phj website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail and govern. By using 96phj services, you acknowledge that you have sufficient understanding of English to comprehend these terms or have sought appropriate translation assistance.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with 96phj and participate in any gaming activities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. 96phj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You must be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 96phj complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 96phj does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, and we reserve the right to refuse service or close Accounts from restricted territories.

3.2 Account Creation and Security

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account with 96phj. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses. 96phj employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts and reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to notify 96phj immediately of any changes to your contact information or personal details. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may delay withdrawals and result in Account restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. Notify 96phj customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Verification Requirements

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money laundering compliance, 96phj requires all Users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC procedures) before processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash profile, bank account statement, or similar documentation)

All verification documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. 96phj reserves the right to request original documents or certified copies if submitted materials are deemed insufficient. Standard verification processing takes 24-48 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

96phj accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other partner banks, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and over-the-counter channels such as 7-Eleven Cliqq and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary based on your location and Account status.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from ₱100 to ₱500 Philippine pesos. Maximum deposit limits are set to promote responsible gaming and may be adjusted based on Account history and verification level. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits are normally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In rare cases where technical issues delay crediting, contact 96phj customer support with your transaction reference number. 96phj does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are beyond our control.

4.2 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your 96phj Account must originate from legitimate sources legally owned by you. You warrant that deposited funds are not derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct. 96phj reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of legitimate fund sources may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned, minus any applicable processing fees. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. If 96phj determines that deposited funds were not owned by the Account holder, we reserve the right to reverse transactions, void bets, confiscate winnings, and close the Account.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may request withdrawals of available Account balances at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, 96phj will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative payment channel.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Under 10 minutes for verified Accounts with no pending bonus requirements
• Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 PHP may require additional verification and extended processing time of up to 48 hours. 96phj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal patterns to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method, typically ₱200 to ₱500 PHP. Maximum daily withdrawal limits range from ₱100,000 to ₱500,000 PHP depending on Account verification level and VIP status. Higher limits may be available for VIP members and upon request with appropriate documentation.

96phj does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash, Maya, or cryptocurrency withdrawals processed within standard parameters. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a processing fee of ₱50 to ₱150 PHP depending on the receiving bank. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day) may be subject to additional processing fees at 96phj's discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and international best practices, 96phj requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This requirement applies to the deposited amount, not including any winnings. For example, a ₱1,000 deposit must be used to place at least ₱1,000 in total bets before the original deposit (plus any winnings) can be withdrawn.

Attempts to use 96phj as a payment processor or to transfer funds through the platform without genuine gaming activity constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account closure, fund confiscation, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

96phj offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, loyalty rewards, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions, as detailed in the applicable promotion.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and personal entertainment. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, exploiting software errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, is strictly prohibited. Detected bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture, confiscation of related winnings, and possible Account closure.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus is active per Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may void the existing bonus. Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering requirements are pending, typically ₱100 to ₱500 PHP per bet depending on the promotion. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and all associated winnings.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn; only the winnings derived from bonus play (after meeting all requirements) are withdrawable. 96phj reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Already credited bonuses will generally honor original terms, but 96phj retains discretion to adjust terms if abuse or technical errors are detected.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate based on millions of game rounds. 7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other risk-free betting strategies across platforms
• Charging back deposits or initiating fraudulent payment disputes
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Transferring, selling, or sharing your Account with other persons
• Abusing customer support or engaging in harassment of staff members

Violations of fair play rules result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of all Account balances, and permanent exclusion from 96phj services. 96phj may also pursue legal action and report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 96phj's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the 96phj platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of 96phj or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 96phj regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
